Uplift Calm and Connect Sessions’ Launch with Place2Be

On the 16th of September, we hosted our first ‘Uplift, Calm & Connect’ session with children’s mental health charity Place2Be.

Artist Jordan Rekai worked with students aged 9-10 at St John’s CE Primary School in Bethnal Green, exploring how these three themes can come to life through music. Together, they used their school theme ‘Let Our Light Shine’ to create a brand-new official school anthem – a creative and inspiring afternoon that showed how powerfully music can reflect these values and emotions.
